Which systems does TimeRewards connect to?

Six. QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Sage Intacct and SAP on the accounting side; BambooHR and HiBob for people and HR; and Zapier for tools without a direct connection.

Which plans include which integration?

QuickBooks, BambooHR and HiBob are on every plan. Sage Intacct and Zapier are on Professional and Enterprise. SAP is on Enterprise only.

Do I need middleware, or file exports between systems?

No. You authenticate the account you already use. There are no files to move between systems and no middleware to license. You map your projects, tasks and cost objectives to the structure in your accounting system once, and after that approved time and expenses move across on your schedule.

Does the audit trail survive the sync?

Yes, and that is the point of it. An export hands your accountant a number. An audit asks where that number came from. Every entry stays traceable to the person who logged it, and that history travels with the record into your ledger.

Can I connect something that is not on the list?

Three ways, depending on your plan. Zapier reaches tools without a direct connection, on Professional and Enterprise. The REST API is on Professional and Enterprise. Custom integrations are part of Enterprise. Jira, Google Calendar and Outlook also connect on Professional and Enterprise.
